App Terms of Use

These terms and conditions govern your use of the "JoNestien" educational app on mobile devices. By downloading and using the app, you agree to comply fully with these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please delete the app and do not use it.

JoNestien administration reserves the right to amend these terms or update the app and its features at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via Push Notifications.

To provide the best experience, the JoNestien app may request access to certain permissions on your mobile device:

• Notifications:To send exam schedule reminders and important content updates.
• Network Connection:The app requires an active internet connection to download questions and sync your study progress.
• Local Storage:To store some temporary app data to ensure fast loading and reduce data consumption.

• Personal account is linked to the phone number and device ID to ensure security.
• You are responsible for securing your mobile device and app access codes.
• Running the app on Emulators or Rooted/Jailbroken devices is prohibited to protect exam integrity.
• Simultaneous login from multiple devices for the same account is not allowed and will result in logging out from other devices.

All content within the JoNestien app, including user interfaces, source codes, questions, and tests, is the exclusive property of the app and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The user agrees not to abuse the app's resources or attempt to bypass protection systems. The app is designed for individual use only.

If any suspicious activity is detected, such as technical cheating attempts or manipulation of app files, the device and account will be blocked immediately and permanently.

In-App Purchases and subscriptions are subject to store policies (App Store and Google Play) in addition to our policies. Ensure a stable internet connection during the payment process to guarantee immediate service activation.
